People's Choice Award - "News, News, News" exhibition

Coinciding with Sydney Craft week, our six groups will come together for a collaborative exhibition on display at the centre throughout October. This year, the theme for Craft Week is 'Response', within which PPACCI has chosen the title “News, news, news” for our exhibition. 

News is everywhere; whether local or international, it is delivered at speed to our phones, televisions, computers, homes and work places. News hits our emotions, informs us, poses questions and makes us think.  Whether we dive in or seek to ignore it, we are invested in some shape or form. Our artists will be exploring how news is both received, digested and responded to in our Craft Week exhibition.

As part of our exhibition, PPACCI are offering a 'People's Choice' Award for the exhibition - as voted by those attending in person. Voting forms available on site, see below for terms and conditions.

The exhibition opening night is on Friday 4th October, 6pm, and the exhibition is open from 11th-20th October, weekdays 10am – 2pm, weekends 10am – 4pm, at Primrose Park Art & Craft Centre, Matora Lane, Cremorne.
